Luís Tomé
Luís Tomé is Director of the Department of International Relations and Full Professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. He also directs OBSERVARE – Observatory of International Relations, a research centre at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. He is a Research Fellow at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (IPRI-NOVA) and a Visiting Professor at the National Defence Institute (IDN). His research areas focus on geopolitics and security studies in the Euro-Atlantic, Eurasian and Asia-Pacific regions.
