The 2nd Conference on State Fragility, organized by the g7+ and the Lisbon Club in June 2021, discussed the implications of the pandemic for fragile countries. This bilingual publication (PT/EN) presents a summary of the main issues addressed and the speeches and debates of the 2nd Conference on State Fragility, held in 2021.

The conference discussed the implications of the pandemic for fragile countries and analysed how national efforts should be combined with effective international cooperation. The conference helped to identify challenges in responding to today’s multiple crises, share experiences and mobilise support for promoting and strengthening international solidarity and cooperation.
