The 2nd Conference on State Fragility discussed the implications of the pandemic in fragile countries and analysed how national efforts should be combined with effective international cooperation for a successful fight against COVID-19, as well as for rapid vaccination of the world’s population, with particular emphasis on the most vulnerable, poor and conflict-affected countries.
