This bilingual publication (PT\/EN) presents a summary of the main issues addressed and the speeches and debates of the 2nd Conference on State Fragility, held in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The conference discussed the implications of the pandemic for fragile countries and analysed how national efforts should be combined with effective international cooperation.
